Highly anticipated Italian-Polish restaurant Maddon’s Post from revered chef Tony Mantuano and Cubs’ manager Joe Maddon goes above and beyond with two happy hour options. During “Weekday Happy Hour,” diners can try $8 glasses of house rosé, $9 bartender-selected cocktails, and discounted dishes including a grilled Italian or Polish sausage with chow-chow and sauerkraut. The “Late Night Happy Hour” offers diners a special menu from executive chef Aaron Thebault including creative pizzas and fried chicken wings with smoked honey and bread and butter pickles.
Weekday happy hour is from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday through Friday. Late night happy hour is from 10 p.m. to close Monday through Sundays.
