Although Joe Maddon is no longer with the Chicago Cubs, his Wrigleyville restaurant, Maddon’s Post, inspired by James Beard Award-winning Chef/Partner Tony Mantuano (Spiaggia, Café Spiaggia, River Roast, Top Chef Masters Season 2), is alive and well.
The Italian and Polish themed restaurant serves up a mean plate of pierogies and lots more. Its mission is to celebrate the simple and give a nod to their family’s favorite recipes.
Now fans of Maddon–who brought the first World Series Championship to the Chicago Cubs in 108 years–can express their gratitude to Joe at his restaurant.
Drop him a line, express your thanks, share a favorite memory, wish him well or just say goodbye at the newly created mail station inside the restaurant.
